By accessing or using any service, content, or attending any event hosted by ZETTA PRODUCTIONS PTY LTD, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, in accordance with Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Tickets and Event Access

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is officially cancelled or rescheduled.

• In the case of a cancellation, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

• ZETTA PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to deny entry to any person for safety, behavioral issues, or failure to comply with venue policies.

2. Event Changes and Cancellations

• We reserve the right to make changes to event details (e.g., location, time, performers) without prior notice.

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, health emergencies), ZETTA PRODUCTIONS PTY LTD is not liable for additional costs incurred by attendees such as travel or accommodation.

3. Use of Image and Likeness

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. These images may be used by ZETTA PRODUCTIONS PTY LTD for marketing and promotional purposes across digital and print media.
